What skirting finish can I have?

Cap and Cove

This type of vinyl flooring is dressed up to the wall, using a cover former at the edges. This creates an entire area that will be impervious to water and very easily cleanable. This is the most hygienic option available.

Using this method, the vinyl safety will be fitted flat to the perimeter of the wall. Utilising silicone mastic, the edge will then be made watertight, before a PVC skirting is installed over the top.

Flat Lay with Silicone mastic

This style of flooring is the cheapest and the simplest way of making your vinyl flooring completely watertight. The safety vinyl flooring will be fitted to your existing skirting and then made watertight by sealing the perimeter using silicone mastic. In addition, we offer colour, white or clear matching sealants.
